We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from HarvestPro. If something isn’t right, this Refund Policy explains how to request a return, refund, or exchange.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Online & Distance Sales) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s). Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. A full refund will be issued (including standard delivery costs). You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. In-Store Purchases For in-store purchases, we offer a 28-day return window. You may return or exchange items if: They are unused and in resalable condition. You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on: Used, damaged, or soiled items. Items without proof of purchase. 3. Faulty or Damaged Items If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to: Request a repair or replacement, or Receive a full refund, depending on the circumstances. We may ask for photographic evidence or to inspect the item before processing your request. Please notify us of any issues within: 30 days for a full refund After 30 days: we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund
4. Excluded Items We cannot accept returns for: Perishable items (e.g. compost, seeds, live plants) Special-order or personalised products Items purchased as clearance or marked “non-returnable” (unless faulty)

6. Refunds Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
